01. Onboarding & Strategy sessions.
In week 1, we get introduced to your business at warp speed. We want to understand the product/service, the team you already have, culture, current sales process, business growth plan, lines of communication, and which type of clients we need to go out and win.
02. Market research and inbox warm-up.
While the new inboxes you’ve provided us are ‘reputationally warming’ in the background - we’re adding you to our workflow and sales tools, our research team is using manual human effort + AI tools to uncover the total addressable market for your chosen target verticals, building a definitive list of companies and finding contact info for decision makers.
03. OUTREACH.
Once our tools are fully warmed up and your data has been built/cleaned/segmented, we run it by you for suppression-list checking, de-duplication and final approval, along with the custom email and Linkedin templates (already workshopped with you during onboarding) then it’s bombs away, cold outreach starts.
04. Inbox management.
We have dedicated team members monitoring all inboxes Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, so every single response is logged, scored and dealt with according to the pre-agreed process set with you. Qualified leads are driven into your sales team’s diary or looped in via email to take the opportunity forward.
05. update crm systems & report.
If you’re already using Hubspot, Salesforce, PipeDrive, Monday, Google Sheets.. whatever you use, we will keep it up to date with the PipeGen activity. This is bespoke to your set up.
You will also receive a bi-weekly email report from your PipeGen account manager with a custom ‘Executive Summary’ detailing all the activity and performance data, plus detail on new opportunities generated, their current stats (and a link to our central tracking sheet for good measure).
06. Rinse and repeat.
Before the current batch of sending data reaches the end of its schedule, we’ll have already repeated steps 1-3, and will be sitting on the next database and campaign plan ready to go live and do it all again, including any new verticals or strategic changes and improvements.
